We offer several partnership models for companies interested in distributing, installing, or integrating our charging solutions. Cooperation options are designed to fit different markets and business scales, with a focus on long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Our company, DOBRATEH, d.o.o., is engaged in the manufacturing, sale, installation, and maintenance of charging stations, as well as in providing electric vehicle charging services through its own platform, VoltAPP (voltapp.si).
We are the official representative of AMPPAL in the EU, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of charging equipment. Our charging stations are installed and operate successfully worldwide, including in China, European Union countries, the United States, Brazil, Argentina, India, the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Malaysia, African countries, Australia, and others.
New markets also include the United Arab Emirates and Oman. Our unit is responsible for expanding the network within the EU, and our office is located in Slovenia.
Our own network of charging stations in Europe exceeds 500 units, while the charging infrastructure under our management and maintenance includes more than 1,500 units and continues to expand. In Slovenia, we have strong positive references. Our equipment has been tested by Petrol and n-Gen and approved for integration into their networks. Several proprietary charging stations are also installed.
Our key advantage is flexibility in partnership terms: the scope of our and your involvement in a joint project can be defined by you. We offer several basic cooperation models.
We can lease parking spaces that are owned by you. In this model, we act as the investor and fully cover all costs related to installation, coordination, grid connection, infrastructure maintenance, and other associated activities, including the ongoing provision of electric vehicle charging services to users via our VoltAPP platform (voltapp.si).
Your involvement and time commitment are minimal, while your economic benefit is a monthly rental fee per parking space. The parking spaces are not blocked—your guests continue to have access to them. The spaces are simply equipped and upgraded to enable charging services.
In this model, you cover the costs of the equipment and all related activities listed above. On our side, we provide installation supervision (on-site technical oversight), informational support via the VoltAPP application, registration of the charging stations in publicly available directories, and the acceptance and processing of payments and invoices.
Your involvement is maximal, and your economic benefit comes from the full scope of electric vehicle charging services provided to your customers. Equipment maintenance, warranty, and informational and technical support (24/7) remain the responsibility of our company.
The cost of our services is 5–10% (depending on the type of equipment—AC or DC) of the revenue from EV charging services; this amount also includes bank and payment system fees for payment processing.
For example, our company supplies the equipment while you carry out the installation and coordination, or other forms of partnership cooperation. In this model, we are ready to prepare a more detailed cost calculation, align the terms of cooperation based on your proposals, and assess the potential economic interests of both parties.
We offer manufacturing and customization of the required equipment according to your specifications and technical drawings, under OEM, ODM, or white-label terms. If needed, we also provide ongoing technical support as well as installation supervision (on-site technical oversight).
We also participate in projects implemented within government programs where investment funds are used for project execution.
