To determine how long it takes to charge a car, you need to know the car's on-board charger (OBC) power, battery capacity, and the charger's power. The time to fully charge is calculated as: battery capacity (kWh) divided by the lower of the OBC or charger power (kW). For example, with a 40 kWh battery, a 7 kW OBC, and a 22 kW charger, the calculation is 40 ÷ 7 = 5.7 hours. If the OBC is 22 kW, then 40 ÷ 22 = 1.8 hours. Charging speed also depends on battery temperature and initial charge level.

The AMPPAL & DOBRATEH AF series AC EV Charger features Dynamic Load Balancing (DLB). When the EV charger operates alongside other household appliances, the DLB box maintains a dynamic balance of the total household current, ensuring electrical safety and preventing overload.
The system monitors the electrical setup and, in the event of a fault, automatically disconnects all poles, including the earth conductor.
For EV chargers equipped with PEN protection, the internal design includes a contactor that disconnects the ground if the PEN line is interrupted. This causes contactors KM1 and KM2 to immediately and automatically disconnect, resulting in only a minimal leakage current (less than 1mA) between CP, PE, and the L line. This current is below the threshold perceptible by the human body, allowing safe disengagement without any safety risks.
Samples are not free and require a fee. However, a charging station can be provided for testing, with the cost to be paid afterward.
The standard warranty period is 2 years. It can be extended according to customer requirements
